Project description: Karaj residential villa is located at the beginning of Chalus road with an area of ​​1150 square meters. The design of this villa is done in a modern style using the architecture of the surrounding environment. According to the slope of the project land, two height codes have been considered for the villa building, which creates a different spatial quality and a specific volumetric composition for the building. Due to the location of the project, which is located next to the mountain, measures have been taken to resist the lateral drifts of the building. Currently, this project is in the stage of foundation implementation.
